He graduated in 1972 from the Faculty of Fine Arts (Alexandria University) with a Bachelor's degree. In 1995, he earned a Master's degree in Fine Arts specializing in Hard Stone Formations. In 2018, he received a grant from the Ministry of Culture and completed his membership in the Supreme Committee for Museums from 2010 to 2014. He has been a member of several artistic associations, including the Syndicate of Plastic Artists in Alexandria, representing the Grigoryan Artists Association from 2021 to 2033, as well as a former member of the Alexandria City Beautification Council, the Alexandria Atelier Administration Council, and the Syndicate’s Supervision Council in Alexandria. He has participated in numerous international symposiums in fields such as sculpture, including international symposiums in cities like Trabzon (Turkey), Shenyang and Qingdao (China), Aswan Stone Symposium (Egypt), India (2016), the International Sculpture Exhibition in Kanazawa (Japan), the Venice Biennale Book Pavilion (2001), the Alexandria Library (Egypt, 2002), the Egypt-Italy Cultural Relations Exhibition at the Cultural Center (Egypt-Italy, 2004), the Alexandria Biennale for Mediterranean Countries (Egypt, 2005), the Young Artists Biennale for Mediterranean Countries (Italy, 2008), and the Local Level Salon at the Cairo Youth Salon, organized by the Alexandria Atelier. He also participated in the Saqqara Pyramid Exhibition at the Alexandria Library, the Annual Alexandria Atelier Sculpture Salon, and the Solidarity Salon for Designing Awards (Man of the Match) at the 2019 African Nations Championship. He has held several personal exhibitions until now at the Cultural Center in Spain, the Goethe Institute of Culture in Alexandria, the Mahmoud Saeed Museum in Alexandria, the Renaissance Hall in Cairo, the Mahmoud Saeed Selected Museum in Cairo, the Modern Art Museum (Selim) in Cairo, the Arab Galleries in Cairo, the Mashrabiya Galleries in Cairo, and the ZIG PIK Galleries of Sheikh Zayed in Alexandria. He has received numerous awards in sculpture-related fields, including the Encouragement Award in the National Fine Arts Competition (1993 - First Prize), the Ministry of Higher Education Competition (1994 and 1995 - Atelier Prize), the Alexandria Atelier Sculpture Salon (1999 - First Prize), the Cairo Youth Salon 11 (1999 - Second Prize), the Atelier Youth Salon 6 (2001), the Alexandria Atelier Youth Salon (2002 - Second Prize), the General Fine Arts Competition (2004 - First Prize), the Nasser Meeting in Saqqara (2008 - Biennale Prize), and the Saqqara National Biennale 8 (2009). Additionally, he has several artistic acquisitions in museums such as the Modern Art Museum, the Mahmoud Saeed Museum in Spain and Alexandria, the Alexandria Library, and a number of private collections in Egypt and abroad.
