Hend Hegazy is a contemporary Egyptian artist whose passion for art started at a young age. Hend uses acrylic paint and watercolors as her main media, while continually experimenting with various media and tools. Her paintings intrigue the viewer by their simplicity and harmonious color palette. Moreover, her work is characterized by the use of different textures, whether visual or physical. Hend's work was exhibited in “Generations of Art” exhibition at Cordoba Art Gallery in 2022 and in the 6th and 7th editions of “Le Printemps des Artistes” under the patronage of the French Embassy in Egypt. Her work was also featured in the media in Egyptian movies “Hepta”, “The Black Box” and in several Egyptian TV series. Hend holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and a double minor in Art and Business Administration from The American University in Cairo. Aspiring to develop her skills further, Hend has attended several workshops in Cairo and New York.
